Communication history is stored for a limited time for the purpose of:
- ensuring continuity of communication,
- resolving technical issues,
- service security,
- system management.
The maximum retention period for communication history is 6 months.
After this period, the data is deleted or anonymized.

User conversations with this assistant are not used to train GPT language models (OpenAI API does not use outputs for training, unlike regular use of ChatGPT).

To process your queries, the AI assistant utilizes OpenAI’s GPT language models. To generate a response, your queries are transmitted to OpenAI, the provider of the AI technology. Conversations are retained for a maximum period of 6 months for the purpose of ensuring continuity of communication, operation, and security of the service. After this period, the records are permanently deleted.
The AI assistant does not require registration or login. Individual conversations are conducted under a randomly generated session identifier and are not automatically linked to your identity. However, if you provide personal information (such as your name, address, or other identifying information) during the conversation, it will become part of the processed content. Therefore, we recommend entering only the information necessary to address your inquiry into the chat.
